RETURNS:
Kathy’s Needleworks accepts returns for any reason. However, the return must be pre-authorized before the product sent to us. The return authorization e-mail must be included with the item and the item must be in its original condition and in the original packaging that was sent to you.
E-MAIL ADDRESSES AND OTHER CUSTOMER INFORMATION:
Kathy’s Needleworks never shares, publishes, or sells its customer information for any reason. Members e-mail address may be used to send newsletters, or special offers to the member, however, this information does not leave Kathy’s Needleworks.
